Oh, this is bloody, gloriously priceless. Sir Clive Woodwhinge profiles the Teams and here he is on NZ.

""Key man: Tempting to say Beauden Barrett, their best player, but actually the man who cements the backs together is Sonny Bill Williams.

Rising star: Richie Mo’unga, a quality new No10 but it’s his goal-kicking New Zealand need most.

Weaknesses: Very few, but lost occasional matches through goal kicking, hence spotlight on Mo’unga.*

Does he know BB generally takes the kicks when RM is playing & SBW is rarely fully fit?

And we think the likes of Rattue don't actually watch games....

@booboo maybe he thinks all Kiwis look the same, cos I'd say Crotty is more likely the guy that brings everything together, I guess its easy to see how he could mix those 2 up though.

The winner of the Parliamentary Rugby World Cup, by virtue of a golden try in overtime is... NZ.

Thunder well stolen. Too busy drinking with the teams. Great game played in excellent spirit and genuinely nice guys. Looking forward to doing it all again in France.

                              From that article:

"Retallick's return would be a big boost for the All Blacks, with former captain Sean Fitzpatrick having said this week that another locking injury would put the hosts in "big trouble."

BBBR is playing for Japan? The RWC is in NZ? Has Fitz finally lost his mind? Have I?

Or are we just considered the "home" team for this one?

@Machpants you'd like to think that not only have they learned from that 'experience', but preparation for an end of season 'friendly' vs the biggest match of the RWC pool match ups vs SA would be poles apart.

Great news re BBBR. The chances of a redislocation is relatively high though which is a worry.

Who would we call up if he was invalided out of the tournament entirely? Fifita?
