Such a miniscule lift, you can't say one way or the other what happens when bail removed. Not out in days of no technology
I've noticed the cue is now the lights and not the bails
My understanding is that the wickets will not flash unless both ends of the bail are dislodged. It lights up pretty much immediately so definitely benefits the bowling team more.
@No-Quarter No doubt I'm talking out my arse, ( I can't even quote the bail dislodging law)

We’ve been made to look very very ordinary very very quickly.On the plus side, none of the other teams are as good as India, so I think we can still go deep into the business end of the WC.

Yeah and England beat us last time they were here.
Those two teams are miles ahead of the rest at the moment. Though when Aus field a full strength side they'll be right up there as well.

in modern limited over cricket, who gives a fuck about the run rate until it gets to 10/over. like literally, we didn't have to do anything stupid for another 10 or so overs.
could've noodled it around for 10 overs and just scored 40-45.
we've been made to look real average in these two games -

Are we that guy in club cricket who has all the gear and nice clean whites. He's keen as and a really nice guy for a nuffy. His technique looks ok in the nets but, while he gives it his all, he is worth fuck all runs and the odd helpful 18 not out keeps him turning up?
Is that us? Look pretty good but do fuck all when it counts?
