He's also a protected fluffybunny - takes a guy out with a high shot and the commentators go on for 10 minutes about poor Sam hurting himself doing it.
Saw the Storm team in Darling Harbour this morning, would have joined them coffee @jegga but they chose a shit tourist trap place for breakfast. They're staying in the new fancy Sofitel and on the whole they're a lot smaller than I thought they'd be.

I actually think they would’ve liked a Souths v easts given their rivalry,
I’m hoping for a storm v raiders to stick it up Sydney but don’t think it’s happening...... but haven’t given up totally.

Good shit Roosters. Kind of cool to see a bit if a man hug between Cronk and Smith tho. Good sportsmanship given their recent history. Fark there were some big ass hits.
Totally going for the green machine in the final though.

Not a fan of the Roosters but I thought they did a real number on the Storm tonight with their defence and were impressive.

TBH, I think they should have put the Storm away a lot earlier and by a lot more. The Storm probably need to play Cameron Smith at half next year if he stays on again. If he's going to be the key playmaker then have him in that role and let Brandon Smith have a go as a running hooker.

I'm actually happier about this NRL final than the AFL one. The only reason i hate the Roosters is that they obviously operate on a different financial plane that everyone else. Other than that, they are reasonably likable. Gun players, no out and out grubs, just a good footy side. I even, whisper it quietly, quite like a few of their players. They have a fucking good coach too.
The Raiders are a good story, and as much as Ricky fucks me off, with his whinging and whining, he's been easier to take while they have sucked. Beyond that, he's been entertaining, what with the blokes hurtin' in the sheds and all.
Please just let it be a great GF decided late by a bit of skill.

Although part of me wishes Latrell Mitchell got transported to the early 90s, so when he runs in really late to a fight, to push and gob off, he runs in to the end of a fist.
I'll probably go for the underdog if i am honest, but if the Roosters play well and win, I'm not going to be disappointed.

@mariner4life TBH I’ve never noticed him doing that more than other players and he seems like a good bloke off the field.
At any rate Manu has been their best centre this year.
I don’t care who wins this really, maybe Canberra as it’s been ages between drinks - but Ricky Stuart.

It’s the granny maaaaaaate. Unless you are a warriors player or a kiwi player and there was a test match the following weekend - there weren’t going to be any suspensions.
Keary should’ve been given one or two.

Like both teams but I would like to see the Raiders win. Pretty cool that Cronk gets another GF after being munted last year.
