But no doom and gloom. I think the Boks have earned sufficient respect lately for the AB's not to take a victory for granted this year.The above applies even more to Saffers. Worryingly enough, I suspect your right.
I think this year we've played 50% excellent, 50% shit against both SA & Aus. You can obviously only play as well as your opposition lets you, but the lesson is certainly there that if you don't turn up to play, you WILL lose.
That's not something that's always been the case for us over the past few years.

@MajorRage I don't recall the country ever not melting down to some degree when the ABs lose, especially a world cup game. Shit, even DV rates increase from what I have heard. But I suppose the circumstances will be different if they lose to SA, with it not being a knockout game.
