@Donsteppa just saw the same tweet. Sad.

I know he was often disagreed with on here but I did appreciate his work.

He was keeper for Spurs and England when I started supporting them. Super stable at the back

You are pretty much a johnny come lately! When I started supporting Spurs Pat Jennings was the goal keeper, and he was there from 1964 through until 1977 when he prostituted himself by joining the Arse.
He has since redeemed himself by doing a number of things back at Spurs it must be acknowledged.

Yeah, my early memories were of Brian Moore and Big League soccer, Spurs had Hoddle, Ardilles, Crooks Archibald and Mabutt to name a few

Well in an unforgivable oversight none of us marked the passing last week of Bones Hillman, late of the Suburban Reptiles, Swingers, Coconut Rough, and an obscure Aussie beat combo called Midnight Oil. He died last week from cancer. RIP Wayne.

Oils are a great band and his baselines were a huge part of that. RIP indeed

    Fark, sad for his family.

After watching that Match Fit we know there are plenty of these guys that struggle with mental issues.

How tragic that both 11s from that match are no longer with us.

First game I ever took my son to. 15 after halftime he asked me, 'What's happening, Dad?'!!
