OK, I've never used the site before. Let me check what I've done wrong.

EDIT: I just logged out and tried the link above without logging into the site and it came up fine for me. Can't see any settings or anything that are wrong

Needs type ins though.
Just the last name should be enough to get the answer.

Just changed to that (but originally left in the first names for a reason)

@Crucial Yeah, it's an easier quiz with only surnames, but I was accustomed to doing them that way due to Rugger.

EDIT: Slightly non intuitive site that quiz one. I edited and made changes to the quiz but didn't realise I had to re-submit. Have done so now, hopefully it will make it more usable for others.
