Missed 96-99 could see him but blanked on his name. (got the 60s-70s by default).

@booboo Getting the 60s-70s one by default makes this one of the easiest quizzes. If first names were included I'd still be trying to figure it out now!

That was interesting, thought you'd given too much time as I breezed through all but two of them - and then I couldn't get them at all .... Tonga 2013, Samoa 2000.

I started this, did two names, then realised I didn't care enough to think about it and quit.

Also, I completely missed the first 15 on wins as captain, what was weird is that I was going back through captains, thought his name and then ignored it.
