Latest quiz. If I'd just done the U20 World Championship winners, it would have been too easy. So did combined Championship and Trophy quiz to make it harder.

@nepia No three - the reason I can't believe it is because he was effectively chosen for the Tour to be the mid-week captain but I have a form of rugby PTSD and eradicated all memory of him from my consciousness
