so when do we start seeing the benefits of erradicating Folau from Australian rugby.

That multi million necessity investment must be giving a return about now?

Money well spent as Aus rugby continues to go from strength to strength 😗

Well that's a bit of a dick post. Folau's presence or absence made very little difference to our Bledisloe Record, I think you'll find.

@NTA bullshit, he's just the player you need right now, 12 months from banishing him, he'd be vice captain and the only hope in your backline.

LOL fuck yeah whatever. One player is going to lead us out of all of this entire mess with his awesome record against the All Blacks.

The guy is thick as two planks and can't even kick or pass the ball with any consistency or accuracy. Great under the high ball, and can counterattack.

But you're some kind of rugby simpleton if you think he's fixing the whole system that led us to this point.

I think that draw papered over some cracks the performances have gotten worse each time, so this next match is gonna be interesting.

I think there is plenty of talent in the Wallaby squad but they played poorly, there were glimpses of what could be but they were thier own worst enemies last night.

We were pretty ruthless in that 1st half punishing thier errors.

We came out with less vigor in 2nd 40, Aus with more and we had more of a contest, although Aus kept piling the pressure on themselves.

That said, the graphic that popped up late in the game, think it showed 31 handling errors and turnovers by Aus, we had 21 of the same, which is a high number for both teams.

Test rugby is a farce these days.

Guess it would allow Ardie to start with Akira to bench. But I doubt Cane if fit would want to miss a game.

How does that work with a second openside?

IF Cane is out means Papalii or Kirifi has to be in the XXIII.

                      Or a 6-2 bench?

Not sure it's what he was thinking but watching Sotutu, I was left wondering after the game if he might make a decent fist of covering 7.

Yes if Dalton can be 7, Sotutu looks fast and flexible, but why move him from 8?

I think Beauden going to the bench might be a good option, with a view of starting him at 1st 5 the following week against Argentina. It allows Jordie to have a start at fullback and use Roane or Jordan on the right wing.

I hope to see more players given time in the next match. Despite the win a few Abs underperformed their capability in my view. Goodhue is solid but seems to have lost agility. I would like to see jodie at 12 for a burst. Patty t and Tuinukiafe were a bit subdued. So hope to see Vaai back and switches at prop. Nice if Weber Reece Jordan and Aumua get a go. Akira must be due a start finally also. Very pleased to see Sam Whitelock regain his vigorous involvement without the burden of captaincy too.

@reprobate definitely. Quick, strong over the ball, good tackler, good at linking. Like @nostrildamus says, not required at the moment, but it would give a lot more flexibility to match day options.

@ARHS the old Jordie at 12 call aye.

Don’t see the attraction of putting him there myself, especially when we’ve got good actual 12s in the team... but hey, he wears 14 when we’ve got good actual 14s in the squad... so never say never.

@Gunner he's alot more suited to 12 than wing though. Don't forget he was a 12 before he was a fullback so him playing there should never be out of the question.

                                      Well, I wouldn't.

We spent 4 years buggering about at 12/13 and I'd like to see a stable starting combination for more than 2 games. If Fozzie wants to try him out there as a sub, then fine,

Play the same team next week and leave the rotations/experiments for the Pumas. Firstly want to win the Tri Nations and secondly want to go unbeaten against the wallabies in2020

I shudder every time when I am reminded that Barnaby is from Godzone
