Yep. If he does it quietly without any silly ultimatums, then the fan base won’t go ape and Giannis will still be the favourite son when he leaves.

He already said he is receptive to a trade. The fanbase aren't stupid, he is last man standing right now, if he left to help the franchise rebuild for the future I think they would understand

So the Suns are paying him to play against them for one of the better teams in their division.
