T20 Internationals. Nz v Aus

I only caught the first innings but thought Finch was superb the way he made sure he batted the innings and took his chances in the final over. That final over was the losing of the match for us, that was a big momentum swing and we were always going to struggle to chase it down on that pitch where all batsmen struggled with their timing.

He’s been pretty bloody good in this series.
eh, it wa sa throwaway line as he got hit in one over. He's been superb - @snowy and I were arguing about it (I was supporting southee, and feeling poorly about it)

Actually I was just trying to find a way to shoe horn Ferguson in, as I said, I like Southee but more so with a red ball and only at the start of the innings with a white ball.

Yeah I mentioned him as well when I was trying to see if we could fit some of the returning players back in.
Neesham is the most like for like I guess - notice that nobody has said that Neesham is shit (although his bowling can be very hitable at times) just suggesting that we might have other options.
Anyone know if they are putting in a different drop in pitch for tomorrow?

@snowy not sure if they are planning another pitch for tomorrow but if Met Service is correct then the series is already finished.

I hope they aren't using the same pitch. If they r Kane is going to have to roll his arm over, along with anyone else that can bowl slow

The Aussies will probably follow suit - Trevor Chappell has quite a successful "slower" ball.
