Also, I am not sure if I find it more amusing, or cringey, that the TMO was effectively calling the Bangler a liar.

TBF - The Bangle may not have known that he was touching it, those advertising triangle things are very flimsy and he is in cricket boots. He is entitled to claim it. It is up to the officials to decide after that.

Yeah, I realise that. He'd certainly lifted his foot a bit before looking down and deciding/claiming it was a clean catch.

Yes, so we have found our backup keeper for the WC and maybe even our top keeper as I think we have many better batting options than Seifert.

Nice to see Chapman getting another bowl, hope we start to use him more often.

Ish now on a hat trick. You wouldn’t bet against it at the moment either.

Tim feeling charitable and bowling all the part timers, letting the Bangles get to a respectable total.

Guppy takes an absolute rippa of a catch, running and diving as the ball come from over his shoulder.

Bangles win the toss and put us in. Let's hope Finn Allen survives a bit longer tonight.

Very entertaining - batting like they've decided 220 is a par score.

Taking the field with Conway wicket keeping is not a good strategy. He's not got the technique or finesse. I was sure that Phillips kept for a couple of CPL seasons - not sure why he doesn't do it because Conway looked like a real part timer.

Think the rain will scupper my commentators curse though.

Bangles putting in their usual pea hearted performance. I know the limitations of the Italy of world cricket but for decades I've watched these guys phone it in in NZ. Then they're a different team at home. I think they only try when they've got local fans to answer directly to. Tours are for bank, home is for avoiding effigies.

To paraphrase Jeff Thomson ( I think ) the BCs could turn up pissed and beat these guys. Complete waste of time
