It's rather to the NH to change its season as December and January matches are often played under woeful weather conditions.

@Dodge I am going to offer a controversial opinion to express on the Fern that I think Toulouse are currently better than any team in Super Rugby.

I am going to offer an even more controversial opinion to express on here that I think this article by Stephen Jones on how to fix the European Champions Cup is pretty much spot on.

I think you should be permabanned for posting a readable Jones article.

TBF, I guess a Jones clock is going to strike 12 at least once in every 30 years.

@cgrant Its working well in South Africa. We play our local derbies at the coast over the festive season and draw the best crowds during this time. In Jan /Feb the inland have it summer rains to cool things down. Matches at 19h00 is perfect for rugby.

Oh that yellow card against was it Jennings? Absolute bullshit, braced himself for a player running directly into him, should've been a penalty the other way.

It was a good rant from Hansen and obviously heartfelt but I'm not sure he was following the match. 2 yellow cards for Leinster v zero for Connacht wasn't it? Mind you Jennings lucky not to see yellow as well.

Hansen looking for excuses. I really strongly dislike the 'whaah the refs don't like us' !! If there one thing that really pisses me is the refs are against us comments by players or supporters. Coached for plenty of years and first thing I ever taught players whether kids or adults is the ref is always right , even when he wrong. And players/coahes (or supporters) who use refs as excuse do themselves no favours. I have watched/coached etc rugby from schoolboy level to senior 1st, and yet to see ref make more mistakes than the players on the field!

Nah. Dipped his shoulder into the attacker with a slight change of direction for me. Not the worst by any but these days you just can’t take that chance. Did he get yellow? On the highlights I saw I wasn’t sure.

100%. Disrespect for the referee is the main reason I don’t watch football any more. Once you allow that the sporting spectacle has gone.

Well there was a yellow card immediately following it in the highlights, but yeah they were shit, disjointed highlights that just seemed to be random snippets of anything other than highlights.
