Sky has won the broadcasting rights for the final. Spark Sport will have daily highlights of the final and broadcast the NZ-England series.

I thought Spark had the domestic rights and Sky had the BCs overseas?

That depends on what you want to watch. Tours to Aust, IPL are still with Sky. Tours by the Bangles on Spark.

@mn5 they will probably need it to, been drizzly, windy and struggling to get over 11 degrees for what seems like a month now.

On a walk yesterday I was regretting not wearing gloves. The wind this week has brought me back home.

                      Figuratively.

Indians won't like the cold. As long as it dries out. Is a green top too much to ask for?

There is one reserve day available to make up for lost time due to rain etc

Hope for better luck than the last final...

A mate of mine in London didn't have any luck in the final ballot and nor did anyone he knows. Plus he got the boot from one of the England tests.

I lost my place at Lords when they cancelled all spectator tickets and reallocated the reduced capacity to MCC members only. A mate got 4 tickets in the WTC ballot so I’m there on the Saturday. Is that Day 2?

Failed in the ballot as well and have been keeping an eye on via-gogo etc. Still nothing.

June is supposed to finally be very nice weather wise, so fingers crossed for that. May has been wet as anything after a cold, but clear, April.

Ah that sucks, at least you've got Day 2 in Southampton though. I didn't realise it was only 4000 spectators so the ballot must've been very long odds.

I've managed to wangle an invite through work to Day 1 of the Lords test next week as well, hopefully the weather improves.

Just remembered that I need to sign up for Spark sports again to get the England tests.

England's Ben Foakes ruled out of the NZ Test series after slipping on dressing room floor in socks and tearing hamstring.

It sees Haseeb Hameed (!) and Sam Billings added to the squad as cover and James Bracey set to make a Test debut next week behind the stumps

                                        ...lol
