EDIT: Not a great cricket follower these days, but the spirit between these teams is great to see. Virat Kholi was all class when NZ won the game

Wow, the last few years have made me prouder than I ever expected of this cricket side. We are privileged to have seen this team play for us, to play this well, for this long.
Well done lads, outstanding. I'm really delighted right now, this is just the icing on the cake of an extended period of success

And I’m not one to get so caught up on stats in cricket because of the many variables (opposition, conditions, location, timing etc), but Kane and Ross essentially batted their averages to get us over the line. Quite fitting really.
