It's just odd as we have had these rules for a number of years now and I haven't really seen any reduction. If anything I have come to expect yellows every game.
They changed the framework 2 years back and now it's a focus
But every game seems to have different rulings.
Interpretations
That's why they call them Laws of Rugby not Rules of Rugby

@nta totally agree , you can take the Frenchman out of France , but you can’t take France out of the Frenchman ..the difference between DMac last week and this actor ,despite being hit high , D Mac just got up and played on ..gamesmanship at its worst ..
