cant find the Youtube version, so this will have to do...Joe Wheeler looks a right character, shows the great team they have at the Highlanders.

Good game between the Landers and Racing though defense pretty optional at times. Naholo totally anonymous. Matt Faddes was outstanding though he butchered a certain try. Fekitoa was brillant when he came in. Squire was impressive.

Went to Clan vs Racing game. Can't really offer much other than enjoyable sort of game, but the stadium was horriffic. All the stands were about 30 metres from the pitch, made it utterly useless to try and really see what was going on.

Centrally located football stadium, great viewing, easy access and great infrstructure. So instead they use a small crap, athletcis stadium which has none of the above.

MR Jnr experienced his first live rugby match, a the tender age of 4. Not the best introcution I'm afraid.

Whilst I'm not particularly looking forward to the Super Rugby season due to the new structure, I'm quietly confident Blackadder is finally trying something a little different with the Crusaders. We can always resort to forward play and Nadolo ball if need be, but it sounds like the style of play might be more expansive and I've heard good things in the media about training. Lots of new names in the squad for the Reds game, many of whom may not be seen in the regular season but hopefully Blackadder has the nous to find a way to include a high performer if he's not in the squad.

There is a report on Stuff. Cane and McKenzie were late scratchings so BBBR was the captain on the day. The Chiefs have found their new 1st 5 - Ngatai. It sounds like a typical first-up effort but unfortunately more injuries to some loosies. Somehow they won.

Both teams playing in dark jerseys. Brumbies in their dark blue home jerseys and the Reds in dark grey (almost black) alternate jerseys. That's going to be confusing.

Some decent wheels on Robinson. Fuck that chip kick into the 22 though.

Good structure by both teams, and some nice handling.
