From a purely selfish, Chiefs only perspective, i would take Quade. He's actually played pretty well this year, and is a better option that most of our 10s, can kick goals, and his nature would suit the way we play best.

But, from an NZ rugby perspective, i don't want a pathway for a young player blocked. The more we lose off the top, the more we need to bring through from the bottom, so young NZ players need the opportunity to develop.

So in all games there's a neutral ref, except the Jaguares v Chiefs game. That game has been allocated to a former Chiefs players. Geez.

Why not have him in Angus' spot for the brumbies game, Angus to Argentina or have him do the all NZ game then Peyper to Argentina.

Trust SANZAR to make a mess of something so simple.

Former Chiefness balanced out by home town bias.

Not one game being played in the Republic this week and possibly zero for the entire finals series - this must be a first and a big disappointment to all fans over there.

If the home side win, he’s gonna be accused of being a hometown official and if the chiefs win, a former chiefs player with a whistle .

Daryl Gibson has stepped down as Tahs coach with 1 year left on his deal.

I reckon he will be named the new Wallaby attack coach

                                    https://www.rugby.com.au/news/2019/06/20/super-waratahs

The Waratahs are in the market for a new coach for 2020 after Daryl Gibson stepped down with a year left on his contract.

RUGBY.com.au understands Gibson informed NSW Rugby bosses and Waratahs players on Thursday of a decision to vacate his post.

NSW Rugby have announced a press conference with Gibson and NSW Rugby CEO Andrew Hore on Friday afternoon at their Daceyville headquarters.

Daryl Gibson has stepped down as Tahs coach with 1 year left on his deal.

I reckon he will be named the new Wallaby attack coach

Does he have to financially compensate the NSW RFU for his breach of contract?

Not if it's not mutual agreement, NSW probably want him gone too
