He can reach out and place the ball, but I can see them not allowing it as he tried to propel himself forward. Wasn't released either tho.
Yeah, as I said above it was who Segner actually pulled him over the line. I wouldn't have minded if they hadn't awarded it, we had penalty advantage anyway.
Or penalty try, as tackler not releasing did not allow him to place the ball over the line for a probable try

Not convinced that Dixon was injured by Tu'ungafasi. Parkinson dragged Dixon by the neck, so I thought that was the reason why Dixon was injured.
