Scotland have some excellent bowlers, and some proper shit ones.
No idea why Sharif didn't get a 3rd over earlier on.
Same as Pakistan, we seem to be struggling with timing a bit. Quite a few mishits.

Guptill is completely fucked. But still gets 2 6's.
It's really poor captaincy by Scotland. Sharif 2-2 after 2. Captain holds him back for the later ones. Goes for 17. Needed to keep the pressure on.

@majorrage it’s a fine line in this format. You want to keep your good bowlers with 1 or maybe 2 overs up your sleeve.

Sort of. If you are a minnow though and you have one of the bigger teams in a bit of trouble, surely you continue to press. It's unlikely you'll win by trying to keep the score down. Really needed the wickets.

I am hoping he doesn't field, even though he is one of our best fielders..he needs to re hydrate and rest

Great innings from Guppy, and good to see him get into a bit of form.
We should really have got to 190 with 5 wickets down, but some credit to Scotland, especially that spinner, for some decent bowling.
Had to laugh at the commentators saying Scotland were "well on top" at 52/3. I thought at the time we were on track for 170 odd.

How on earth was Guptill so shattered? He looked out on his feet by the tenth over.
I know it's hot, but they're professional athletes. The bowlers didn't seem to be too perturbed.
