Piastri is pretty damn boring
This is why I like him, I find it one of the funniest things to watch how flat and devoid of human emotion he is. Also fun making sure he doesn't exceed his regulation 2 mild smiles a year.
And also what makes it hard for me to buy he's so incensed and provoked to action that he would genuinely have a go at his team in such a public and erratic manner.

Is a seat about to become available at McLaren?
Where would Oscar go?
If they decide to dump him then maybe a straight swap for whoever they bring in if it is from another F1 Team. McLaren do have a couple of highly rated junior drivers in their stable that they are closely mentoring so they might promote one of them if Piastri gets the archer.
Oscar is a good driver. If he left McLaren I'm not sure he'll be as productive as he's been this year with the best car in the field

The F1 authorities are doing their best to hand the title to the Dutchman again: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/formula1/articles/cr7l5v2exv0o

@canefan If he could have just held that position, with the DQs - he'd have leapt up to 4th - collected 12 points and Yuki Tsunoda would be buried.
He's a bit frustrating to support!
He told his team he stuffed up. From what I can gather Russell jammed on his brakes in front of him and he swerved on cold tires into Oscar. All other parts of his game are coming together. But he needs to be able to stay out of trouble at the start of races

@canefan He seems to have found quite a variety of ways to thwart himself from scoring points.
I'm somewhat optimistic that he's got the inside running on Tsunoda given the shift away from Honda engines, but Liam has kept him in the race when the door could have been slammed shut in recent weeks.

He's outperformed Tsunoda on the track. He lacks the financial clout though, if Honda decide to buy Yuki's seat again Liam will be out. Seems unlikely because they have moved on. Rumour has it Yuki might move to one of the Honda powered IRL teams
