@NateHill74 I think so, unless Waikato haven't named theirs?

Auckland club final is on next weekend, so theirs should be named the following week.

@Tim Yeah, they did a couple of days ago. It has Alapati Leiua and all that named (who was playing club in Auckland interestingly)

Hawke's Bay haven't technically named theirs either, but they've singularly announced 41 players so far

Hopefully. He didn't play in the Chiefs Centurions Cup games but was training away from the team. Let's see if Waikato releases a team for their game tomorrow.

Wellington have only named a squad of 32 players, and have since added one other player. I wouldn't be surprised if they add a few more.

@Stargazer They recorded a massive financial loss last season so that is probably all they can afford. Either that or that number of players is the sum total of players they have that are up to NPC standard.

@Higgins They'll probably use development players then.

Bradley Chrichton and Siale Lauaki might feature at some point. The former was one of the best props in Wellington Club rugby this year and was apart of the winning Jubilee Cup team. Still very young though so they may bide their time with him and Lauaki.

No one else really stands out on the club scene that would make the jump up to the Lions atm, unless they sign players from out of region. We could really have done with the experience of Owen Franks.

Mafileo's injury must be serious. A back problem is never good for a prop.
