foundseen as needed to be released, as he's just a stop gap replacement? As in, he's not officially in the squad, so just goes home where he belongs.Or he's injured

Auckland, though, have unlimited spending power, 46 players in their NPC squad and a huge academy. Hawke's Bay have 44 fully-contracted Magpies.

Nope. The Bay money men have managed the books successfully for a longtime now and clearly manage the player budget well (I'm pretty sure Tiatia is paid in donated pies).
