Interesting from Clubrugby.co.nz - Club Rugby understands Alex Fidow has signed with North Harbour for the NPC, with rumours of him joining the NRL just that – rumours – for now.

@Canes4life Was just reading that. So Wellington didn't want him anymore, either? I wonder whether that means they've signed Franks?

Wellington still need an 8 so why didn't they give Fidow an opportunity there? I reckon he would have been pretty handy running off the back, especially at NPC level.
