Last 2 big name signings for Blues at 12 haven't paid off - SBW and RTS.

    Wouldn't mind staying local

No, but its different when someone is coming back with difficulty from a series of injuries.

@Kirwan tbf they are talking next year, not next week, so in theory, he could play the rest of the season, and then re-injure something in pre-season, there are no garantees in this sport.

If they do recruit a MF where does that leave Corey Evans ? for me I would be giving him game time at 12 next year,It seems a waste for him to be not playing.

@Tim yeah 2 injury prone players...if both fit, I think JG would be a better option to sit alongside RI though.

Fully fit that would be a good combo. He has links to the region too

I'm just pessimistic about his ability to stay on the field

So the NZH has reported that the Blues are interested in a Goodhue or Aumua to replace RTS. A TSFer has said they are also interested in TUJ

It's a good career move to try and build a combination with Ioane after he's committed to a long NZR/Blues contract

A question for Blues fans - if all of those guys were keen to move, which one would you prefer?

@Duluth If I had to choose out of that lot, probably PUJ, but would prefer to play Plummer there with Evans pushing him for that spot.

Don't see the need to sign any of them tbh.

@Chris Cory Evans will play for Northland next year ,wanted out of his NPC contract with Auckland but Auckland refused to release him
Can totally understand where he’s coming from
On Jack Goodhue I suspect he will be heading offshore if the talk I have heard is correct.

On Jack yet smart move I think going overseas cash in while he can.

Plummer and Heem have both gone well at 12. But I believe Plummer is off contract and who knows how long Heem wants to keep going

Some good players in the u20 program too Tuitupou & Gordon

Also maybe Tele’a will stay fit for more than 5mins?
