Mistakes happen, they are human. I lnow I have had more than a few 'how the fuck did I fuck that up?' moments. However, they should have been able fix the mistake before the restart

Yea mistakes happen but I'm curious how exactly this happened. Like, it's so obvious he's out. I think on the comms Hames said the TMO said he didn't see his arm.
Why not? Was he looking at a tiny monitor? Is he blind? Did he have a stroke?
Hard to fathom how that can happen.

Yea but surely as a TMO you are thinking I need to check a, b, c, d etc etc
Is the ball down? Yup
Does he knock it on? Nope
Is he out? Yes no tryJust find it hard to fathom how you'd miss one of the most obvious things you're meant to check.

It's crazy that the decision wasn't/couldn't be changed once the TMO allegedly realised his mistake. It was before the restart so it wouldn't have changed anything.
