This is the big partnership these two can bat time, break this one and we are looking good.

Cracking mornings play. Excellent to see Pakistan giving it a go. If this partnership has a another 30-40 runs it, then things will get very nervy.

If we bowl tightly we might still get away with a draw. The reality is that you can take off about 7-8 overs at the end of the day due to the "Friday" playing conditions.

Pakistan are playing this well. They are hanging in there and scoring at a reasonable clip without taking many risks. This gives them the option of going for it in the final session if they still have wickets in hand.

I am concerned now.

Shouldn't we try some Wagner style bodyline to put these batsmen under pressure?
