    There's been plenty of chat about the shitty England defence in van der Merwe's first try.. and rightly so.

    But his balance and footwork was great for a big man

      @Duluth my first impression was that he looked really unco but watching that you can see his 'style' easier. He basically keeps his upper body locked in place and everything comes from the legs. A DMac or Cully would be shimmying with their upper body. Jonah was similar but looked more graceful (probably because of a longer stride).

He basically keeps his upper body locked in place and everything comes from the legs. A DMac or Cully would be shimmying with their upper body.           Strong run, good decisions and effective fend but even in slo-mo I didn't think it was that graceful, runs like Jack Reacher after a bad curry.
