There is no reason there shouldn't be different coaches for the different formats. That is happening already when Stead has come home and Jurgensen or Ronchi take over.

Stead in the mix as one of the coaches wouldn't be a bad thing overall. Probably Tests...? Just not convinced with his general style being in charge of all three formats.

We won the last 3 games at home which was great. But I'm still not convinced of his tactics and selection over the last year or so. He seems to bring out KW's more conservative instincts when he was test captain

His reaction after the Bangladesh loss last summer indicates to me he isn't the man for a job that is anything above a steady hand on the tiller.
