Roigard over Christie next week please. Christie doesn’t do much but pass and even that’s laboured.
@Canes4life never rated Christies passing, IMO its his defenfe particularly cover defence that is excellent

Gardner has been very good. Let the game flow, good use of the TMO, consistent and communicated well

Lomax, Coles and Degroot, Lord SB and dear i say it, Frizzel were good
Cane been hot and cold some great hits but some silly penalties
Ardie pretty quiet for him in general.Smith and 10 - 13 looked great with front foot ball....
BB and Narwa looked good too
Still not convinced on CCSubs..... no one imposed themselves and the platform up front suffered and general game became scrappy
Scott or Jordie for MOTM for me.

It will be something very different. The Pumas were awful in the first half, and improved somewhat in the second. Not having seen the Boks v Wallabies game, I expect a much more difficult game, next weekend. That will be a real test.

Scott Barrett gave away 3 PK's by my reckoning. Otherwise played well.

@Mattasaurus I thought it between to 2 Barretts for MOTM.
I certainly thought most stood up well, apart from maybe CC, who I thought was just OK. All in all bloody great start to test season. I not saying perfect, but will put that down as a bloody good pass mark.
Was pleased fro Lord he wnet bloody well too. -
I like the chiefs hooker despite not being able to spell his name and I like Taylor but by fuck was Cole’s accurate today. Still heaps of value in having him there. Prolly off bench but still

This sums up our team at the moment.
Who can categorically state what the first XV is? (XV not XXIII)
3 hookers, 3 locks, 2 10s, multiple wings etc etc.
But back to today.
Will take that.
Good first half.
I still think closer than a lot of us were giving credence to. But when we looked good we looked good.
Not so good, but not awful in the second.
Good way to start the year.
