He is a "senior" player so surely he can use his brains to discard tactics that clearly are not working.

I really put a lot of the tactical issues at BB feet - his go to option is a shit kick.... he has played better than his average this year .. but he's more of a liability than an asset in my mind in this form.
But hes clearly undropable
