Have to expect that to go to RC..... bugger all mitigation there..... or are we going to to have some more consistent inconsistences...

Samoa's ball handling has really turned to mush. So many knock-ons, missed passes.

The Samoa player dipped slightly (and I mean slightly) into contact, some have said that's mitigation. But Hori also dipped and then started to go up again before impact, the dumb arse

As I mentioned, it only takes the slightest dip for some TMOs to call that mitigation. Letter of the law etc
