I suppose we live in hope (sometimes in vain) that teams will stop infringing once they get pinged too often.

Well played Ireland- comfortable win.
No cards or injuries to speak of ... crowd is amazing.
Both teams a lot more disciplined that the ABs (18 pens in total ... we do that on our own) -
If we play our best we can beat Ireland. What a mouth watering Quarter-Final. Should really be a Semi though.

Brilliant first half, messy second but the game was over anyway. Very surprised at how poor Scotland were in the first half. Biggest concern is possible injuries. Lowe, Hansen, Furlong....particularly Lowe who's gone to hospital with an eye injury.
The reward for coming first in such a tough group is the All Blacks waiting in the quarters....what a shit fucking mess the IRB made of this WC.
