Anyone got a good one, a stretch, a life changing one that you’re keen to be held to by this forum of your Polish peers?

I have nothing special, just the usual “lose a few kgs, stop drinking so much wine etc” - but I’d love to hear from anyone with grander designs than me?

@voodoo my resolution is not too have new year resolutions.

Best one previously was for my wife and i to taste two new beers a week, every week. Pushed us to try things we wouldn't normally.

Suggestion: tie your resolutions if you're serious to process and/or metrics. Probably more successful

Get in the sea more. When you can kick off the new year with a short run on a crisp, sunny morning, followed by a dip in the fresh sea that was washing up over the road the day before while flights were grounded, you appreciate just how much you've missed it.

I'm going to (a) get my ankle sorted out and (b) clear out decades of shit I've accumulated.

A bloke I follow on Twitter has a run to the local Cash Converters every year right after Xmas.

Keeps his life decluttered. Is a great idea; I'm at the point now where I struggle to think of anything I want for Xmas/bday so I have shit I don't really need.

    Resolutions.... 🤔

Same shit as always: be healthier. I seem to let this one slide a lot but with 50 in sight and the recent health scare I'm cutting it fine.

Saw a show tonight about a community in SW Victoria who help maintain a national Park walking track. The bloke swinging a hoe was 90 and looked in better shape than a lot of 70yo I've seen.

How old was the hoe he was swinging?
