dress can cost that alone...
but lets says $3k for the dress, say 100 guests, @ $20 a head for alcohol, $20 a head for food you are at $7k, plus all the other little bits and pieces that cost twice as much cos wedding than they do if you rent/hire/buy normally (venure, hired shit, DJ, photographer)
Now this wedding probably cost a crate of beer and a bit of green
