I read the Herald app on my phone on occasion at work and I reckon only 50% of it is news and some of that barely counts. The other 50% seemingly is MAF, which I know nothing about, but is apparently a thing in Oz and NZ.

Absolute fucken bullshit. I knew there was a reason I didn't join the Police. It's a bit unusual but if they're happy who gives a fuck? What irks me is that I'm pretty sure she's done some pretty decent police work to be a woman and reach the rank of inspector ( hang on is that sexist to say that ? ) over the years but of course none of that will be mentioned. Only this. The media love it when Police do something they can have a crack at. News flash fuckheads, they're not celebrities. They don't have massive salaries to fall back on if their names are dragged through the dirt and why exactly should they be held more accountable than any salesman/plumber/builder/secretary/waiter/road worker/accountant or whatever?
