Why can't these kids wait till they finished school. You see a lot of 18/19 year olds get all hairy and tatted after school has finished.
Way back in the 90's I played Under 13 Open weight reps for Counties. We played a few pre season games versus Weymouth Under 14's. Their biggest island boy had one of those Tatted arm bands.

I think both sides of these types of issues (tatts, beards at school etc) need to take a step back and look at how they approach these things.
