All good he is in the squad. I wish him all the best. Like @frugby having a specialist right winger on the bench sounds like a weird decision. I suspect we will be making Hurley/Gilbert our bench 10 cover.

@upthelanders I mean always possible, but seems highly implausible they'd offer a Manson a bench spot, when he is only our 5th best outside back (at best) and is a straight rookie... forgetting the fact a 6-2 split is possible and we have a trillion midfielders.

This isn’t club footy. ‘Bench spots’ aren’t promised at this level, especially to a winger. JJ promising a bench spot… that would be the day.
It can’t just be me that doesn’t really care if Michael Manson is in the squad or not…
