As in the first test it was there for England but when it mattered they didn't capitalise on territory or possession.
NZ had the far better bench and it counted

Phew, I think I care more about Eden Park record than world cups. I was there for the try from the end of the world.

It’s funny , my first two test matches live were both losses at eden park ,
One to the Aussies and one to the frogs in the 70s

Great lift in the second half.
England played well for good portions of the game.
Nice to see our bench make the impact.
Beaudie’s much maligned kicking game gave us a some territory (finally)

Good finish. Obviously the credit all goes to the reserves, but for all the criticism that the starters are gonna get, they did their jobs at blunting things out there before the bench came on and struck.
