He should not be there but if you bowl him
At 3 he will get carted no movement to slow cannon fodder at least opening the bowling he may get a couple, I see the logic otherwise you can’t really bowl him. -

It's almost equivalent to saying that the new ball suits Willie Watson, so we'll start with Willie and use Sir Paddles as first change.

That is why I have said for over a year he should not be selected it limits your attack massively.
Watson couldn’t swing a barn door another up and down bowling machine.

I do wonder in cricket, with the aid of AI etc to really speed it up, if they will just use the technology for every appeal in the end and the umpires job will just be general game management.
