Gibson-Park is brilliant. A better halfback than Dupont.

I wouldn't swap either for Cam Roigard though.

Never forget that Hansen selected shithouse players like Bridge and Reece ahead of Lowe.

Can't help but feel if we had Lowe, we'd be moaning about how slow he is.

The very frustrating thing watching Ireland, is just how much their game plan plays into the players skill base.

We have some booming punters in our backline, that are never even considered to clear.

We have some brilliant midfield runners, that are only ever asked to take out tacklers.

We have powerhouse wingers, that are only ever offered an inside ball if we're going backwards.

              Etc

That's the other one I forgot to mention. We'd be moaning about how slow his long ball is, instead of getting him to use his brilliant decision making and movement to unlock the inside channels.

Still would have been faster than Bridge.

Scotland kick for a 5m lineout.

                        And Ben White in.

They should have gone for that earlier.

                        Scotland 16 Ireland 32.

4 minutes to go. A miracle comeback is on.

Roman O'Gara getting tetchy on the pre-game BBC pundits sofa telling Gabby Logan that she is obsessed with players' ages. A good thing that Martin Johnson is there to calm it all down.

Didn't catch that but thought the bit I did see with ROG he was great value.

Butler in the crowd, Hoy bringing the ball on. MN5 will need several boxes of tissues.

The better team has won but what a shocker from Mr Doleman. His refereeing was consistent : he let the Irish infringe in the rucks from the 1st till the 80th minute.

I was listening on BBC Radio Scotland or something, with a couple of completely biased Scots pundity who were moaning all the time about the reffing. At half time we heard from an Irish pundit who agreed that they were getting away with murder but asked why the Scots weren’t even trying to test the referee’s limits. Called it for what it was - unimaginative play.

@Catogrande yeah that about sums it up for the most part, but Doleman set the stall out early when he penalised a Scotland player for pushing an offside blocker on a kick chase. Even when they tried to play up to recent bias, he slammed the door shut. Pretty shithouse.
