Womens RWC 2025

Finally a lineout goes right. Quick, clean ball.
Jorja Miller in space. 14-5.
-
Demant messes up again.
-
Vaha'akolo in after good skill by Brunt. 19-5.
-
Sorensen-McGee in for the Bonus Point try.
But they are checking it.
-
VAR says no. No try.
-
And now Sorensen-McGee scores in the other corner.
No check this time. Good response.
BP. 24-5 to the BFs.
-
BFs Lineout is a shambles.
Is there anyone else that can play 1st five other than Brazier an Demant? They are as bad as each other and are definitely a handbrake -
Can Brunt play First Five?
-
Stacey Waka having a big game at Centre.
-
Bremner going well
-
The officiiating is absolutelly ludicrous. That so-called cynical collapse was non-existent. That was just competitive rugby.
Any excuse to give the minnows an easier ride. -
Anyway who needs anyone else when you have Geogia Miller
-
I didn't watch the second half, but job done and on to the 3rd pool game Vs Ireland.
-
@sparky You didn't miss too much..
There was a screamer of a try, an individual piece of brilliance from Miller just after the red card, quickly followed by another from Sorenson-Magee, that's about it.
Although they will need to be more savvy with the refs interpretations if they are going to finish with a full complement of players on the park. -

So, South Africas win today sets up a likely/almost certain quarter final versus the Black Ferns on Sept 13th.
Three AB/BF matches v SA in 7 days.

Probably. The BFs have a third pool match first against Ireland in front of what will be a pro-Irish crowd in Brighton.
Let's get through that before measuring up the Quarter Final curtains.
