Actually things are pretty rosy at the moment. We supporters have suffered a lot in the past 5 years.
Moving Savea to 7 and Reiko to wing is better. Who would have thought...

Just watched it. Roigard's kicking and distribution top drawer.
Holland dropped a couple in second half but otherwise does his core role so well.
Vaai adds starch at 6 I think we should continue with this.
Narawa very composed did well
Proctor more composed this week has x factor.
We are missing Williams and Sititis running

@nzzp Proctor will probably have the most scrutiny on him this week. I hope he goes well.
A Barrett-Proctor combo could be a game changer for the backline.

@gt12 yeah, they've got a lock in Holland now that is built for test footy, and boy do we need his size. That added to Vaa'i completely outplaying Barrett last year has put them in a bit of a spot re: the three. Dropping Vaa'i when he's really come of age at test level would be crazy, and they can't drop their captain, but one of the shorter locks has to make way. The problems at 6 have given them a bit of an out so to speak, but it's dependent on Vaa'i making it work there, which is not that fair on him. Well Vaai was more effective at 6 last game than a lot of the 6s we have had over the past 2-3 years.
He's becoming a first rate player

@Bones there was a genuine chance we could have lost that. If so I'd be feeling as sick as a dog right now. I take the win and move on.

How good is it to have a unit in the middle of the lineout securing possession, catching kick-offs and the scrum not going backwards.

these low percentage kicks were the biggest blight on the game. At times we need to slow it down and just build pressure through pick n goes and Roigard running a bit more.

Please consign dinks and cross kicks to history.

Don't repeat the mistake of 2024. DMac deserves a start at 10 and it's long overdue to give Love a start at 15.
