Personally am a huge fan of Ben Funnell. I suppose Riccitelli is probably in front. Really not a fan of Parsons.

love kettle bells. I would get a trainer to take you through something like Turkish get-ups as there are lots of different elements to it. If you can download apps - take a look at the Samuel Pont ones - he's got kettle bell drills for fitness, weightloss, muscle building etc
