Marshall is a retard.
But that was a pretty try.

That's right fluffy-bunnies, you don't maul-try against the Naki.
Do your own research. -
13-3
I don't mind rugby at this level... it's just fun.
(And the good guys are winning... that obviously helps) -
Marshall doesn't understand what the word "undermining" means.
Presumably meant "underlining"? Or was that me simply mis-hearing? -
5-0 - but I've had a bit too much beer, not sure I'll see this game through
Fucking love the fact that it's even an option though - FloRugby for the win -

I think it great news, and credit tp LRZ gave it a try, and perhaps didn't work as he hoped.
Always have a crack at your dreams I reckon!Don't even know where to begin.

Snowing in QLD. Has happened before but infrequently.
Falls further south in NSW are heavier than I can remember seeing.
Are the snowflakes coming down with venomous teeth/tips?

I'm going to blow my own trumpet here and state for the record that I'm a pretty smart cookie.
Kinda related - I heard an argument for the first time the other day - suggesting meritocracy was 'bad', or rather "not as good as one would assume".
It was from a fairly smart guy, and in my intoxicated state... it made a little bit of sense. Which annoyed me. -
@Virgil Nope.
Trust... gone. -
@Virgil How about a fucking warning, huh?
FFS... damned near put my back out flinching away from that. -

And NZ is motorcycle paradise. I didn't appreciate how good it is until I left.
It is SO fucking good.
I reckon I've now ridden in over a couple dozen countries... 8/10 of my favourite roads are in NZ. -
@Crazy-Horse I just found a crowd-sourced rental Ducati Monster less than 1-hour away via public transport. Is now definitely my top option for filling the itch this summer.
And will be back in NZ for Dec/Jan on the Speed Triple.
Next NH summer... I'll look at leasing something for US road-trips. -
@Victor-Meldrew USofA license is in the mail with my bike endorsement.
Current life crisis is...- do I go and buy a bike immediately, and maybe get a couple of weeks of summer riding in before putting it away for PNW winter, and pay insurance, etc...
- or procrastinate even further, which got me here, and wait until next summer
- dive into something like riders-share.com for the next month
- go to UK and borrow the bike I left there for a month or so
Fucking 1st world problems, but...

Dope Thief
Just watched episode 1. Enough "that doesn't make sense" moments for me to think I'm going to enjoy this. -
@Duluth I know a guy who reckons the internet is the worst thing to ever happen to mankind.
I now see his point. -
@Bones Oh, I do. And have a text file filled with a list of accounts and which number I'm using for each.

Connecting flight Sydney to Osaka I meant. The cheaper fares look to be short layovers in Singapore or HK.
The only direct flights to Osaka are JetStar I think and fuck. that.
It just seems like a bit of a waste to ride another shikansen for the sake of having a direct flight, and probably another night in an hotel in Tokyo.
I'd never pass up an excuse for another night in Tokyo, but then... I'm a lonely lonely man with no reason to not just go find some random corridor-width dodgy-as-fuck bar.
Also - yes... an extra day of travel on train seems dumb, but on balance...pros/cons. Shikansen isn't so bad, especially if one's got a kilo of super-fresh tuna, some wasabi, and a decent knife.

I'm back, thanks to a Saffa poster on Planet Rugby and a few goes at remembering a nearly two decades old password.
Wait.... you hadn't been logged out in two decades?
I guess I must have been at some stage, but it would have been closer to the time back then so I would have remembered my password. When I update my laptop I just transfer everything across including all my saved passwords on my browsers so I haven't needed to remember it for a while now.
Look into Proton Pass, it's a password manager that's free and you can have it on your phone and laptop. Too many passwords these days to keep track.
Yet another case of IT security policies being counter-productive.
Does my fucking head in.
Enforced password rotation - meaning everybody needs to write their passwords for everything down somewhere, or in a password-manager.
Not to mention enforced installation of shit like Crowdstrike/Tanium/McAfee/Nessus/etc - requiring opened ports... ie: fucking Security-HOLES. Incompetent fluffybunnies. I met one competent person in that branch of IT yesterday... was fucking surprised. Discovered soon thereafter that he got into it by mistake and has been trying to leave ever since.
Fuck Security/Compliance. Made-up CVSS dates. Incompetent. Ignorant. Fluffybunnies.
Apologies - been handed the "Security Remediation" role at work recently, and detest the entire thing.
