The Head Coach of NZ Schools is Jason Holland (Hurricanes Assistant Coach). Some of the Hastings BHS must have seriously pissed him off this season; how else would you explain that none of them made it in the NZ Schools squad? Hastings BHS were only beaten once this season. In the National Top 4 final. Geez, I find it incomprehensible! Four of the Hastings Boys in the NZ Barbarians Schools squad is a small consolation price after such a great season.

          Tomorrow:

NZ Barbarians Schools v Fiji Schools
          Venue: Auckland Grammar School
          Time: 1.10pm NZT

          NZ Schools v Australia Schools
          Venue: Auckland Grammar School
          Time: 2.50pm NZT

Both games will be broadcasted in NZ on the Rugby Channel. I understand from a post by @akan004 that they will be shown on Foxtel in Australia.

Edit: copied this FYI from another thread

Don't have a link, but noticed it this morning on the Electronic TV Guide. Had another look just now, it's on channel 507 (Fox Sports Plus) .You have to press the red button on your remote to bring it up.

@Crazy-Horse They are replaying the games on Monday morning on 505. You can record that channel.

The only Aussie Schools game to be televised live on Fox Sports is the New Zealand Test:

            NZ Schools v Australia Schools 12: 45pm – 2:30pm (AEDT)

Preceding that match the NZ Barbarians Schools v Fiji Schools will be televised live 1:00am – 12:45pm

Where was that game played in the videos above? Looks like a school with a pretty good grandstand?

8-6 Barbarians so far. Fullback Spotwart making quite a few errors.

Woeful decision by the TMO to red card a Fijian. Yellow at most. Longopoa is very tidy.

bit of a harsh RC I think, def YC, but I think he had his hands out and wasnt driven down, almost seemed he was pulling him down....TMO said he was driven onto his head/neck area...wtf

Fijian fullback hits back with a brilliant individual try. Their halfback is a gun.

Could say weak d in both those tries you mention, but the running was outstanding

That RC is gonna kill Fiji in the end I reckon

Fiji are impressive - not very impressed by NZ Baabaas at all - some good individual performances - Trask having a good game at 10.

@ACT-Crusader Garden-Bachop is actually the right winger - who has been much more impressive than the fullback. The fullback is quick and a strong runner - but thats about it - other skills hasnt shown much.

Final score NZ Baabaas 46 Fiji Schools 20.

Score does not reflect the closeness of the game. Fiji had a red card and multiple yellow cards. Very hard done by.

Standouts for NZ were Ruawai, Trask and both wingers.

                                          Standouts for Fiji were 3, 7, 9, 15.
