I'm still more annoyed about the South Africans letting the Aussies off the hook, from 21/9 to 50 odd all out.
The crazy thing about our 26 is that we dragged it out for 27 overs. Almost a whole session!

Not to mention we had the Poms 8/23 in that Auckland test a few years ago. They managed to get to 58 thanks to a lower order bowler

Pietersen was one of the best batsmen I’ve ever seen when in form. Seriously classy player who perhaps underachieved. Nice of him to chuck some NZ names in there.
Definitely sounds like a cock, yes.
Well done Ben Stokes, hundred and five for in the same test is a terrific effort.
Finally well done Root, plays more tests than the others but still has to actually get the runs and stay in form. I wonder if he’ll have a crack at Tendulkars record ?

And yet he's played fewer tests than Dravid, Kallis and Ponting? He's also played 43.5 tests less than Tendulkar and at his current average of around 85 per test he will overtake Tendulkar in 29 tests.
