He’s been in the leadership group for 8-9 years. He frequently finishes the match as captain. He clearly doesn’t make much of a difference. Different voices are needed ASAP. The old heads are not going to do it
Like last week when he finished as captain and we dominated the last 20 minutes?
All the countless times he’s been part of a a complete cluster fuck. What I’m saying is that the current leadership group we’ve had since 2019 is shit. We need new voices in it.

Regardless, he doesn’t want to work with Razor. They had a summit when Fozzie almost got rolled, and that was one of the outcomes (apparently)

Well beaten by a better side who played almost all the rugby.
Positives: Newell was good, and... ah I guess we make that 'positive' singular.
Negatives: hopeless in the air, terrible discipline, poor tactics, no leadership, shit goal-kicking.MOTM Matera, what a champ.

I had a lot of hope for Razor, but honestly we’re lacking the basic structure that someone like Schmidt brings. Our play may have been more conservative under someone like that, but we’d have better fundamentals. He’s blooded a few new players, but essentially playing the same team/plan as Foster. Very disappointed with the lack of progression. Some areas have gone backwards.

I actually wonder did Razor sack the wrong coach when he dumped Rangi MacDonald, I strongly suspect that the problem maybe in the back coaches we got?
