A bit more anger and a bit less hurt feelings from Razor would be comforting to see.

These stats are not good viewing. How the score is that close beggars belief.

He doesn't even seem angry that we received three yellow cards, instead responding that they'll have to have a look at the interpretation from the referee. How about not permitting the referee to be able to contemplate it?

What's wrong with stating the performance wasn't acceptable?

@antipodean when we are down in the rightt part of the field our strike rate to score is excellent if not the best in the world. Problem is we play too much footy in our own half.

Before the French series Razor was asked his biggest regret from last season.
He said he was too conservative and risk-averse (I am guessing in relation to the picking of reliable journeymen).
I see no evidence he has changed.

It's no surprise we can't play in the right end of the field considering we can't kick or deal with high balls.

    What happened to Ratima?

Ribs by the looks of it .... someone landed on him

From when he dropped that pass from Vaa’i off the lineout

From being tackled by a player penalised for being well offside.

    13 all 33 mins

Along with 13 all blacks on the field. This discipline is going to cost us big time in much more important games if we don’t get this sorted

Outside of World Cups and Lions Tours, Rugby Championship games are as important as they get.

@WoodysRFC also need to hold onto our Eden park fortress streak which won't be easy we've got two Tests there next month

I will be very surprised if we even win one of the two games against SA. Really can't see it happening especially given who we have out. Will probably beat Australia at home and retain the Bledisloe as they seem to have a mental block against us whenever they play in NZ.

Given who we have out? Who are these missing magical players? Roigard, Patty T? Please don't say Mo'unga!

That's just not true though. We've got different guys out there than last year but, the big issue we face, which bites us every so often, is that we don't have a good enough first five.

McKenzie is not it, Barrett is not it, but they are the best we have. Without a good first five, you won't consistently grind down and win tests.

We could do with some fresh blood on the wing, but I'm not sure that changes much.

Roigard, Patty T, Lomax and Clarke (best wing in NZ under the high ball). I didn't think that we would beat them even with our strongest team, but without those players I don't think we will even come close.

@george33 I agree. Would’ve won if we had Havili, Blackadder, Ennor, Reihana, Grace and Fihaki out there.
