@No-Quarter Valetini is a big loss for them.
Indeed. And two of their best back 3 players are also out.
No excuses aye Razor….

Has he though ? stats do not tell you that .
It could be the opposition are using the channel Havilli defends in.why would they do that I wonder? < Thinks>.
Because they were worried about Ennor.

So we are watching :
A functioning lineout: Return of Holland and Taylor's throwing accuracy.
Improving fitness for Lomax, Roigard and Sititi.
Roigard's kicking
Proctor's attacking involvement.
Potential changing of the guard with Lakai.
More from Carter, promising so far.

That they might accidentally break him. ... Again ..

For me Quinn Tupaea is also lucky. He showed a lot of promise during Super Rugby but he was disappointing in this RC especially in the last game.
He was one of the players walking in the last 15 minutes.
One of the others has been made captain. Hopefully he tries a bit harder now.

Don’t worry, this is his house (the one with a rather empty trophy cabinet)

stats are great, until they arent.
"Oh, people can come up with statistics to prove anything, Kent. 14% of people know that"
Jeez if you're gonna quote Homer then at least get the words correct

Why? Homer doesn't!

We win this week and lose in Perth I reckon,
Boks beat the pumas twice and secure the RC

If we go 1-1 or 0-2 with Aussie I think he should be fired.
You can’t be losing every second game.

When we win TRC all our problems will be forgotten.
Not around here they won’t. Nor should they.

Taylor and Roigard returning make a massive difference to the ABs.
Taylor is very important to the set pieces, very big gap back to the next in line both in scrummaging and lineout accuracy. ( how he is not the AB captain is beyond me)
Roigrard speed of pass and accuracy of kicking changes the feel of the tactical game.
The loss of Valentini is a big blow to the Aussies.... But McReight and Hooper are absolute pests at the break down and led by Wilson who appears to be a great talismanic leader - the kind players lift for and follow ..... kind of missing in ABs in recent years.
I like JOC at 10 for them particularly with his composure, reading of the game and his passing, with Ikitau and Suaalii outside him (in very good form and only getting better) and the raw pace they have out wide they are as dangerous and exciting Aussie back line I have seen in years.
My two concerns with the ABs
1.) I have massive questions over the ABs attack and as others have pointed out earlier Jason Holland has been down right underwhelming....2.) 10 is a constant issue for me - Inconsistent and poor option taking is the norm for BB. DMac doesn't fill me with confidence either --- at what point do we take a punt on one of the next generation as the two incumbent's are well beyond their best and in the twilight of their careers, if I am generous both can still have the the odd moment of brilliance -- the loyalty shown to BB just does my head in.
I expect to see an AB win but I wouldn't be overly surprised to see the Aussies get up. (TMO Jonker will be sure to get involved)

@Mattasaurus Beauden is well past his best having had a decade of playing 10 at international level. McKenzie is quite different, as the best 10 in Super for the last 2 years and having had the majority of his caps at 10 last year.
These are not the same player.
